Where this came from
One of our own moves cost 80,000 baht. Three separate pickups instead of one, because nobody could say whether the truck was big enough. Tables, a wall and a television damaged. Nobody responsible. Every part of MOVE is a direct answer to something that went wrong that day.
How we work
The scope is agreed before we start
You approve what we are moving, in what, with how many people, for how much. Anything added later is priced and approved before the work continues. There is no verbal extra-charge system.
We document before we lift
Our crew photographs your valuables, the existing marks, and the walls, doors and lift on the route — before a single item moves. You see it in real time and you countersign it.
We say when we are unsure
Our estimate comes from your photos, and it is not always right. Every figure shows how confident we are, and anything uncertain goes to a person before you ever see a price.
One company answers for it
MOVE is your contract. If something is damaged, you deal with us — not with a subcontractor, not with an insurer. We settle with you first and sort out the rest ourselves.
Who we are
MOVE is operated by Sky Universe Group Co., Ltd. in Bangkok. Moves are performed by vetted carriers under our direction and our documentation standard.
