This text is a working draft prepared alongside the product. It must be reviewed by a Thai lawyer before the service accepts a paying customer.
What we collect
Your name and contact details, the two addresses, the photos and video you upload of what is being moved, the answers you give in the booking flow, and the photographic record our crew takes during the move.
Your photos
The photos of your home are the most sensitive thing you give us, and we treat them that way. They are stored privately, never public. Only you, MOVE staff working on your job, and the crew assigned to it can open them — enforced in the database, not only in the app. Links to them expire within minutes.
Automated analysis
Your photos are analysed to identify items and estimate volume. The result is a draft you correct, never a decision made about you. Where the analysis is uncertain, a person reviews it before you see a price.
Why we keep the record
Condition photographs are kept after the move because they are the evidence a later claim rests on — yours as much as ours. They are never altered: a replacement is stored alongside the original, not over it.
Who else sees it
The carrier assigned to your move sees what it needs to perform it: the inventory, the addresses, the access details and the condition report. It does not receive your payment details. We do not sell your data and we do not use your photos for marketing without asking you.
Your rights
Under the Thai Personal Data Protection Act you can ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Deletion may be limited while a claim is open or where the law requires us to keep records.
