This text is a working draft prepared alongside the product. It must be reviewed by a Thai lawyer before the service accepts a paying customer.
What you are agreeing to
Your contract is with Sky Universe Group Co., Ltd., trading as MOVE. The move itself is performed by a licensed carrier working under our direction. You deal with MOVE throughout — for the quote, on moving day, and for anything that goes wrong afterwards.
The quote and the scope
Your price is calculated from the photos and answers you give us, plus a capacity reserve. Once you approve the scope, that price is fixed for the work described in it. If something outside the approved scope appears on moving day, we price it and ask you to approve it before the work continues. We do not add charges verbally or after the fact.
If the information changes
The scope reflects what we were shown. If the actual move is materially larger than what you declared — significantly more items, an access restriction you did not tell us about — we will show you the difference and the price impact, and you decide before we proceed.
Condition documentation
Before loading, our crew records the condition of your items and of the building on the route. You are asked to review and acknowledge that record. If you decline, we will still perform the move, but a later claim will rest on much weaker evidence.
Damage and liability
We carry transport cover for your goods and liability cover for damage to property on the route. Cover is limited to the declared value you give us, so declare high-value items accurately. Claims are assessed against the documented condition before and after the move.
Changes and cancellation
Tell us as early as you can. Our cancellation terms are set out in your booking confirmation; a deposit secures the date and the crew, which is why it is treated differently from the balance.
What we do not carry
Cash, jewellery, documents, firearms, live animals, plants subject to quarantine, hazardous or flammable goods, and anything illegal. Tell us in advance if you are unsure.
Governing law
Thai law applies, and the Thai courts have jurisdiction.
