Pricing
One fixed price, once the scope is agreed.
No rate card, no per-hour surprises. You see the inventory, the scope and the number before you commit to anything.
Why there is no price list
A rate card is a guess about your home.
Prices published per room or per truck sound simple, then move on the day — because nobody measured anything.
MOVE prices the job from your own photos: the actual volume, the actual access and the actual services. That takes a few minutes longer than reading a table, and it is the reason the number does not change afterwards.
What the price is built from
Six things, all visible to you.
Every line in your quote comes from one of these. Nothing is added that you cannot trace back.
Volume
How much there is to move, in cubic metres, plus packing materials and the safety buffer.
Crew and hours
How many movers the job needs, and how long they are on site.
Distance
Kilometres between pickup and destination, and the route a truck can legally take.
Access
Floors, lifts, stairs, carry distance and loading restrictions at both ends.
Services chosen
Packing, protection, disassembly, reassembly and storage — only the ones you keep.
Date and timing
Weekends, public holidays, night windows and urgent bookings.
What a quote looks like
Every line, itemised.
This is the two-bedroom condominium example, priced the way every MOVE quote is priced.
Your own quote arrives in exactly this shape, with your inventory and your photos attached to it.

Fair pricing
What never costs extra, and what genuinely can change.
The second list is short on purpose, and nothing on it happens without your approval first.
