We do not edit evidence after the fact
A replacement file is stored alongside the original and marked as a replacement. The first photo is never deleted.
We do not present a guess as a fact
Any number the AI produced is shown with its confidence and its review status, all the way through to the quote.
We do not change the price after you approve
If the job genuinely changes, you see the change and approve it before any extra work starts.
